All drivers operating within the municipal limits of San Antonio, Texas, must maintain valid licensure pursuant to state regulations. Driver Eligibility and Onboarding Requirements

To ensure the integrity of the M1S fleet, all applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: All contractors must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
• Documentation: Possession of a valid Texas Driver’s License, current vehicle registration, and proof of insurance meeting the minimum state liability requirements is mandatory.
• Background Screening: Applicants must consent to a comprehensive background check, including criminal history and driving record review.
• Hardware Compatibility: Drivers must possess a smartphone capable of running the M1S application with active GPS and data connectivity.

Upon successful completion of the background screening, the contractor will be invited to an orientation session (digital or in-person) to review the M1S Service Excellence Guidelines. Adherence to these guidelines is a prerequisite for continued platform access.

M1S reserves the right to implement surge pricing during periods of high demand. All payments are processed via secure electronic transfer on a weekly basis, subject to a three-day banking settlement period.

Section 5.0: Limitation of Liability

M1S acts as a technology intermediary between the Driver and the Passenger. To the maximum extent permitted by law, M1S shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the SaaS platform. Drivers are required to maintain independent insurance coverage as specified in the "Contractor Insurance Addendum."
