Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Standard is free forever. Mission Pro and Unit plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime, no penalties.
Can my family use my account?
Yes. Mission Pro includes up to 3 family members. Unit plans support up to 20 riders. Family members don't need to be military-affiliated.
How do I verify my military status?
Upload a photo of your CAC card, military ID, or DD-214 during signup. Verification typically takes under 24 hours.
Are there cancellation fees?
Rides cancelled more than 3 minutes after driver acceptance incur a $2 cancellation fee. No fee if cancelled within 3 minutes.
Do drivers pay to join?
No. Drivers join for free. m1s.app takes a 20% platform fee per ride — you keep 80%. Weekly direct deposit, no minimums.
